As he completed 100 days at the helm of the JDS-Congress Government in Karnataka, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy on Thursday met Congress president Rahul Gandhi and took up the issue of expanding his Cabinet amid increasing disgruntled voices from the ally camp. Kumaraswamy termed his meeting as a "courtesy call", but sources said a decision to expand the State Cabinet was taken during the meeting between the two leaders which would be done in the next few weeks.
