To throttle or not? Readers say Verizon is entitled to make a buck

The throttling controversy shows no signs of slowing down. Verizon apologized for slowing down a California fire department's wireless service after it used its monthly data allotment. After we said Verizon should stop throttling altogether, some readers objected.
