Cuomo slams Syracuse head, says none of his actions 'instills confidence' after white supremacist manifesto incident on campus

Gov. Andrew Cuomo, (D-N.Y.) slammed the president of Syracuse University on Tuesday saying that none of his actions to combat hate crimes on campus "instills confidence" and urged him to introduce an experienced monitor to address the recent incidents.
