White SC officer who shot, killed black teen won't be charged; prosecutor says teen posed threat

A prosecutor in South Carolina said Wednesday he will not charge police Officer Kevin Davis who shot and killed a black teen in April, after the teen allegedly pointed a gun at the officer.
